INKED: Raffa of Island Associates Real Estate leases 2,400 s/f to Platinum Hobbies

Middle Island, NY Robert Raffa from Island Associates Real Estate has secured Platinum Hobbies as a new long-term tenant at the Strathmore Commons Shopping Center located at 1245 Middle Country Rd. Platinum Hobbies, one of the larger Hobby Stores located on Long Island, was helped by Raffa in relocating from their prior location to a newly renovated 2,400 s/f space.

Platinum Hobbies will join the Strathmore Commons Shopping center which already includes such tenants as McDonald’s, Golds Gym, NY Medical, Carvel, Dollar Tree, All Island Pet Supplies, T-Mobile and the Backyard Sports Bar Complex.

Platinum Hobbies owners Danielle and Steven join the center offering hands-on experience with indoor car racing and their assortment of motorized boats, helicopters cars, trucks, planes as well as replacement parts for the novice beginner to the hardcore racers and enthusiasts. Platinum Hobbies has it all.

Raffa helped to secure another tenant for the Strathmore Commons Shopping Center which is a key center for the Middle Island community and its surrounding townships.
