Rob brings over 20 years of commercial real estate experience to Island Associates where he serves as a key advisor to owners, brokers, and clients on all commercial property matters, as well as working closely with the property management division on day to day operations of various types of commercial real estate. In addition, Rob is involved in the analysis of retail shopping center assets including reviewing financial data and performing due diligence review and analysis. Before joining the team, he was a partner at the law firm Monahan & Sklavos, PC, specializing in Long Island real estate transactions and development. Rob earned his Bachelor of Arts from Iona College in 1993 and his Juris Doctorate from St. John’s University School of Law in 1996.

His extensive background in both corporate leadership and commercial real estate provides clients with valuable insight into complex transactions, and he has successfully negotiated industrial sales and leases throughout Nassau, Suffolk, Queens, and Brooklyn. Lawrence has been a member of ARG since 2015.
