INKED: Delisle of Island Associates sells 46,967 s/f shopping center for $6.5 million

Zephyrhills, FL Roger Delisle of Island Associates Real Estate Inc. negotiated and closed the purchase and sale of the shopping center located at 38901 County Rd. 54, for a purchase price of $6.5 million.

The 7.32 acre site is anchored by a Winn Dixie supermarket which will be converted to an Aldi this summer, and a new 8,000 s/f ArchWell Health Medical Office.

The shopping center is improved with a 46,967 s/f building which is 100% occupied. Tenants include Sugar Shack restaurant, Rent A King, and Winn Dixie Liquor, as well as various other local businesses. 

The shopping center is located in an expanding community in the West Central Florida region. The purchasers are shopping center owners and developers with holdings in New York, Charleston, and Florida markets. Purchasers are planning a renovation of the plaza façade and other improvements over the next few years.

The buyer was represented by Delisle of Island Associates, and the seller was represented by Franklin Street Realtors.
