Brentwood, NY Bob Raffa of Island Associates (IA) represented landlord and tenant, Robin’s Barbershop, in a lease for 2,200 s/f for a newly-constructed barber shop at Brent City on Brentwood Rd.

Roger Delisle of Island Associates represented landlord in a long-term lease renewal for Ferro Kuba Law Office for 1,275 s/f at Brent City. The law office has been a tenant of the plaza for over 10 years.

These tenants are joining Checkers, Popeye’s Chicken, Suffolk County Health Center, Gala Supermarket, and various other tenants at the 150,000 s/f shopping center.
