Island Associates successfully negotiated three lease agreements for retail space at Sunrise Plaza in Brooksville, FL and Marion Oaks Plaza in Marion Oaks, FL.
Lady Dawg Internet Cafe entered a lease agreement for 3000 s/f of retail space at 31078 Cortez Blvd., Brooksville, FL on a long-term lease. Lady Dawg is doing a gut renovation of the space and constructing a new internet cafe to service the Brooksville area.
Villalongin Taco entered a lease agreement for 1200 s/f of retail space at 31078 Cortez Blvd., Brooksville, FL on a long-term lease. Villalongin is constructing a new take-out quick service taco restaurant to service the Brooksville area. Lady Dawg and Villalongin join co-tenants Winn Dixie
Supermarkets, Beef O’Brady Restaurant, Access Health Care, River Ridge Animal Clinic, Jericho Road Thrift Store, Any Time Fitness.
Sweet Treats Ice Cream Parlor entered a lease agreement for 700 s/f of space at 184 Marion Oaks Blvd., Marion Oaks FL. Sweet Treats will operate as an ice cream parlor servicing the Marion Oaks community. They will be joining co-tenants Winn Dixie Supermarkets, Ocala Credit Union, San Juan Restaurant, New York Pizza, Terrace Liquors and others.
