Marion Oaks, FL Roger Delisle of Island Associates Real Estate Inc. has successfully negotiated and closed the purchase and sale of the shopping center located at 184 Marion Oaks Blvd., for $4.6 million.
The 10+ acre site is a grocery anchored shopping center improved with a 56,877+/- s/f building which is 100% occupied.
The shopping center is anchored by Winn Dixie Supermarket, and its tenancies include Ocala Community Credit Union, Terrace Liquors, San Juan Restaurant, NY #1 Pizza, as well as various other local businesses.
Marion Oaks Plaza was constructed in the early 1990s and recently renovated, and it is located in the Ocala MSA.
The purchaser is a group of investors that own shopping centers, single tenant properties, industrial buildings, and apartment complexes up and down the East Coast.
The purchaser was represented by Delisle of Island Associates, and the seller was represented by Michael Cleeman of Cleeman Realty Group.
