Pensacola, FL Roger Delisle and Robert Monahan of Island Associates Real Estate Inc. successfully negotiated and closed the purchase of a newly constructed 7Brew Coffee consisting of a 773 s/f building with double drive-thru lanes on 0.97 acres and located at 5309 N. Davis Highway.

The property is a newly developed 7 Brew Coffee with a 15-year base lease term on Home Depot pad site. Delisle and Monahan were able to negotiate favorable terms for the purchaser, who is a long term client of Island Associates, to purchase the newly developed site from the developer. The property is located in a densely populated area with significant traffic count. 7Brew is a rapidly expanding operator of drive-thru coffee locations currently operating over 300 stores with hundreds more in various stages of development.
