INKED: Delisle and Monahan of Island Associates negotiate two lease agreements

Brooksville, FL Roger Delisle and Robert Monahan of Island Associates successfully negotiated two lease agreements for Sunrise Plaza Brooksville Florida. DRMP Engineers entered a lease agreement for 3,000 s/f of space for their field office as they work on Florida DOT projects in the area for the next several years. Bommareddy Pharmacy leased 1320 s/f of space for a new prescription pharmacy business on a long term lease. Sunrise Plaza is a Winn Dixie anchored shopping center on Cortez Blvd in Brooksville FL consisting of approximately 90,000 s/f.
