Miami Gardens, FL Roger Delisle and Robert Monahan of Island Associates negotiated a new lease with PriceMark Marketplace to occupy the former 8,000 s/f Rainbow Shop space at Dolphin Plaza.

PriceMark is a family operated Florida chain of discount stores offering off-price general merchandise including small household appliances, bedding, toys, home décor, kitchenware, health and beauty products. The new tenant is well positioned to fill the needs of the local consumer offering discount prices on goods.

Dolphin Plaza is a 100,000 s/f center anchored by Winn Dixie Supermarket, Planet Fitness, FootLocker, Ashley Stewart, and Little Caesars Pizza.
