West Islip, NY Christopher Mayor and Lawrence Densen of Island Associates brokered a 20-year lease agreement with Piazzetta Italian Kitchen & Bar, for a 3,000 s/f restaurant as part of a new center being built at 425 Union Blvd. Piazzetta Italian Kitchen & Bar will be joining 7-Eleven and Brownstone Coffee to anchor the new 19,757 s/f. The lease is valued in excess of $2.8 million.
Construction is starting shortly; the center is expected to be completed and open early 2021. Piazzetta Italian Kitchen & Bar is family owned; this will be their fifth location including one in Queens. They opened their first restaurant in 2005. Piazzetta is well known for their Authentic Italian pizzas freshly made with only the finest ingredients.
Additionally, Densen and Mayor handled the sale of 1305 Hempstead Tpke. in Elmont for $765,000. The property was sold to a group headed by Marcos Banzaquen, of 26 Motors Long Island, a full-service used car dealer with outlets in Floral Park, Elmont, Garden City and Hempstead.
The property was exclusively marketed by Island Associates Real Estate. Densen and Mayor brought the perfect buyer to this property.
