Brentwood, NY Roger Delisle and Robert Monahan of Island Associates Real Estate Inc., as landlord representatives, negotiated the long-term extensions of Brentwood Bargains Ladies & Kids Fashion and NY Variety Store at BrentCity Shopping Center, 1825 Brentwood Rd.

The two tenants together occupy over 14,000 s/f in the plaza. Both tenants have been in the plaza for over 15 years and have committed to long-term extensions so they can continue to service their customers. 

BrentCity is a 150,000 s/f center anchored by Gala Foods Supermarket, Suffolk County Health Center, Popeyes Chicken, and Checkers Hamburgers.
