Island Associates currently manages more than 1,500,000 sq ft of retail space in Nassau and Suffolk County. In addition to retail property management the firm also manages multi-tenant dwellings and office buildings in the area for a total property management portfolio of close to 2,000,000 sq ft of property. The key objectives of our property management services are:

• Monitor and collect all rents and other receipts, including real estate tax and operation escalations, percentage rent, etc.
• Direct sophisticated operational management and cost control systems
• Maintain high standards of appearance and quality control
• Administer all provisions of lease agreements
• Coordinate community and tenant relations
