Robert Monahan, Consultant

Robert Monahan, a former partner in the Carle Place law firm of Monahan & Sklavos, PC has joined the staff at Island Associates Real Estate, Inc.  Mr. Monahan is a graduate of Iona College and St. John’s University School of Law.  For the ten years immediately prior to joining Island Associates, Mr. Monahan was practicing real estate law with an emphasis on commercial real estate transactions and real estate development on Long Island.  Mr. Monahan now advises and consults the members of Island Associates and it’s clients on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, commercial and residential property management and commercial real estate brokerage.

Martine Gelsomino, has been with Island Associates Real Estate for 10 years. Ms. Gelsomino graduated from Dowling College, where she earned her Bachelors in Business while having a minor in Italian. Prior to joining Island Associates, Ms. Gelsomino had been in the retail industry for eight years and is fluent in Italian.
