MARKETING

The Island Associates marketing department works closely with clients in order to perform market evaluations for a variety of targeted activities. The marketing team has worked with clients preparing for new multi-tenant sites in specific markets, local market studies for retail companies evaluating local competition, and finally preparation of materials for property marketing.

The Marketing department is also responsible for the company website and managing the database of clients and third party brokers. Island Associates is a full time commercial brokerage firm and works together with all brokers in the market in order to have maximum exposure for greater pool of potential partners to conclude the best transaction.
